New Mortgage Assistance: Homeowners affected by COVID may apply for up to 10 months assistance to pay delinquent mortgage payments, association dues and/or utility bills. Eligible homeowners must have a current homestead exemption on homesteaded residences in eligible Broward cities, with household income at or below 140% of the Area Median Income, and have been impacted by COVID. The application, eligibility guidelines and application instructions are located at https://www.broward.org/housing/
Due to State expenditure deadlines, complete applications must be received no later than Tuesday, December 11, 2020. Assistance is on a first come, first qualified, first served basis, until available funds are expended.
Eligible cities include: Unincorporated Broward County, Coconut Creek, Cooper City, Dania Beach, Hallandale Beach, Hillsboro Beach, Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, Lauderdale Lakes, Lazy Lake Village, Lighthouse Point, Margate, North Lauderdale, Oakland Park, Parkland, Pembroke Park, Sea Ranch Lakes, Southwest Ranches, West Park, Weston, Wilton Manors, and West Park.

The Town of Pembroke Park is making every effort to ensure our website is compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 508 of the Workforce Rehabilitation Act, and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0. The Town strives to adhere to the accepted guidelines and standards for accessibility and usability. To that end we have recently reviewed our entire website to identify non-compliant elements or documents and to bring them into compliance. We are working on a website redesign to correct all non-compliant elements.
